Our products are designed for professional roofers, tinsmiths or any other professionals who work with sheet metal materials. We push hard for our products to be intuitive for professionals and easy to operate. It is strongly suggested to read user manuals and watch instruction videos (if provided) before using our products to ensure best functionality and experience.

We offer all spare parts for all products. Please, contact your distributor from which you purchased the product. If not possible, you can always contact us at info@buschmanntools.com and we will help you.

We are committed to providing high-quality roofing tools and ensuring customer satisfaction. Official warranty is one year from the date of purchase and can be read in user manuals or on respective product page on our website.

The chance that you will need it is very small – the need for warranty repairs within first year is below 0,1%.

Most important thing is to keep the tools clean and dry after using them to ensure their longevity. For that purpose depending on the product we include a waterproof bag or IP67 case with the product. We suggest to clean the tools using microfibre cloth and store them in the provided bag or case. 

It’s a difficult question because it always depends on what you want to do with it and how often. Each type of bender has it’s pros and cons depending on situation. It is similar as SUV is better for driving on dirt roads and Sports Car is better for race track. At the same time both type of cars can still get you from point A to B.

Small benders like (S line or Pocket bender) have great maneuvering capability and due size can get in small places but for long metal sheet panels XL-line benders are much better as they provide better stability and are easier to control and keep them in place.
 Most popular products among our customers are S-150, XL-150, Pocket bender and Disc bender L models.

Falzseamer two-step (also known as Accuseamer) was first introduced in 2018. It requires two operations for double lock seam. First operation is for single lock and then second operation is for double lock. It means that for projects which require single lock seam this can be the best choice (while still keeping functionality to do double lock when necessary).

Double Falz Seamer was introduced in 2020 and can handle double lock seam in one operation. Effectively it means that for double lock seams this product can get the job done twice as fast compared to FalzSeamer Two-step. It also has a capability of doing just single lock if necessary by removing the last two rolls (see user manual).

In case of curved panels – we don’t have precise data but FalzSeamer two-step can handle bigger radius because it’s body is shorter.

So – FalzSeamer two-step (Accuseamer) is better choice if you work mainly with single lock seams or you require to work on curved panels. In other instances Double Falz Seamer would be a suggested choice.

No. Falzbender is only for the standard 25 mm standing seam profiles.

Product was designed and intended for welded seam pipes. However, tests and practise show that it works on seamed pipes as well (both outer and inner seam) but sometimes depending on how precise the pipe and seam is it requires a little time on finding the right positioning of the pipes for fitting the together.
